摘　　要：目的:论述探讨先进的医疗设备如何培育医院的核心竞争力,从而提高和产生良好经济效益。方法:采用静态投资回收期法,实例分析10年来功能科彩超室两个核算单元的设备和经济效益。结果:技术先进的医疗设备产生了良好的经济效益。结论:配置更新医疗设备,必须在技术上领先,同时注重人才培养。Objective：To discuss how can the advanced medical equipment be used to develop the core competitiveness and then improve and produce good economic benefits.Methods：The economic benefits of the Color Doppler Ultrasound Section in the past 10 years were analyzed using the static investment payback method. Results：The use of advanced medical equipment achieved good economic benefits. Conclusion：The medical equipment containing advanced technology should be purchased upon updating.The authority of the hospital should pay more attention to cultivate talent people.
