摘 要:将焊缝截面形状简化为等腰梯形,利用ANSYS软件,采用变步长方法,开展了TC4钛合金板焊接残余应力的数值模拟.利用梯形中位线长度来控制焊缝体积,梯形的腰与竖直方向的夹角来控制焊缝形状,研究了焊缝体积和形状对焊接残余应力分布和大小的影响.结果表明,在焊缝体积不变的情况下,最大等效残余应力随焊缝锥度的增大而增大,并在θ>6.5°以后开始急剧增大;在锥度不变的情况下,焊缝体积增大会使最大等效残余应力减小,且d>1.5 mm时,变化趋势也变得平缓.这些结果可以为焊接工艺参数的优化提供参考.The section of weld was simplified as isosceles trapezoid.ANSYS software was used to simulate the residual stress field in TC4 titanium alloy plate with variable time step method.The effects of volume and shape of weld on welding residual stress distribution were studied while the volume was controlled by the trapezoid median and the shape by the angle of the trapezoid leg with respect to the vertical direction.It is showed that,for a constant volume,the maximum equivalent residual stress increases with the increase in the taper of weld,and increases sharply when θ is more than 6.5°,but for a constant taper,the maximum equivalent residual stress decreases with the increase in the volume of the weld,and decreases slowly and smoothly when d is less than 1.5 mm.The results can provide a reference for optimizing welding parameters.
