血清铁蛋白、同型半胱氨酸及血浆氧化型低密度脂蛋白与冠状动脉病变程度的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清铁蛋白、血浆同型半胱氨酸和血浆氧化型低密度脂蛋白与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法将124例患者按冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组64例和非冠心病组(对照组)60例,冠心病组根据冠状动脉病变程度分成轻、中、重3组,测定全部患者的血清铁蛋白、血浆同型半胱氨酸和血浆氧化型低密度脂蛋白及血脂水平。结果冠心病患者血清铁蛋白、血浆同型半胱氨酸和血浆氧化型低密度脂蛋白水平均较对照组高(P<0.05),冠状动脉病变程度越重,血清铁蛋白、血浆同型半胱氨酸和血浆氧化型低密度脂蛋白越高(P<0.05)。结论血清铁蛋白、血浆同型半胱氨酸和血浆氧化型低密度脂蛋白水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度显著相关,测定三者的水平对评价冠心病的预后有一定临床意义。Aim To investigate the clinical significance of the serum ferritin,plasma homcystein and oxidized low density lipoprotein（ox-LDL） levels in patients with coronary heart diseases. Methods 124 cases were divided into coronary heart disease group（n=64） and control group（n=60） according to the result of coronary angiographic examination.The concentration of the serum ferritin,plasma homcystein,oxidized low density lipoprotein levels and plasma lipids were measured. Results The levels of the serum ferritin,plasma homcystein,oxidized low density lipoprotein levels were significantly higher in patients with CHD than that in control group（P0.05）.In addition,the levels of the serum ferritin,plasma homcystein,oxidized low density lipoprotein levels were positively correlated to the degree of coronary stenosis（P0.05）. Conclusion The levels of the serum ferritin,plasma homcystein,oxidized low density lipoprotein levels are closely correlated with the coronary atherosclerosis and its severity,synchronous determination of the three blood parameters may have some clinical importance in evaluating the severity of coronary artery stenosis.
