摘　　要：对工作流和工作流管理系统进行了简要的介绍,并根据一般IT企业的业务需要,探讨了系统流程、功能模块及系统结构的设计等,提出一个通用的基于工作流的OA系统模型.Workflow and workflow management system are discussed in this paper.Based on the generic business requirement of IT enterprise,the workflow-based office automation system＇s system process,function modules and the design of its structure are investigated.A common model of the workflow-based office automation system is put forward,which can supply reference to OA system design.
