防范学术不端与高校学报编辑的责任

摘　　要：从学术不端的概念界定入手,分析了产生学术不端现象的两大根源,结合自身编辑实践,从强化编辑道德准则、借助网络资源检测、发挥审稿专家作用、执行学术规范要求、提高服务意识、建立承诺机制等方面,提出了制止和约束学术不端行为是高校编辑义不容辞的责任。Starting from the definition of academic misconduct, the paper analyses two root reasons to this phenomenon. By combining his own editing practice, the writer claims that it is obligatory responsibility for editors to stop and restrain academic misconduct by observing moral codes for editors strictly, relying on network resources detection, exerting the role of experts in examining manuscripts, adopting academic norms, enhancing service consciousness and setting up commitment system.
