眼周针刺对干眼患者泪液流量及泪膜的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察眼周针刺对干眼患者泪液流量及泪膜的影响。方法:将干眼患者106例(212眼)分为针刺组、西药组。针刺组53例(106眼)采用睛明、攒竹、丝竹空、瞳子髎等眼周穴位针刺治疗;西药组53例(106眼)给予外用人工泪液滴眼治疗,并观察两组治疗前后患者泪液流量、泪膜破裂时间及角膜染色的变化。结果:针刺组治疗后在泪液流量、泪膜破裂时间、角膜染色方面,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著意义(P≤0.001);西药组治疗后在角膜染色、泪膜破裂时间方面,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.001,P<0.01)。针刺组在改善泪膜破裂时间、泪液流量方面,与西药组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:眼周针刺治疗能增加干眼患者泪液流量,延长泪膜破裂时间。Objective ： To observed the effect of acupuncture points around eyes on the quantity of tears and tear film in dry eye patients. Methods ： One hundred and six cases （ 212 eyes ） of the patients with dry eye were divided into two groups, acupuncture group and western medicine group. Fifty-three cases （ 106 eyes ） of the acupuncture group were treated by acupuncture points around eyes such as jingming （ BL1 ）, cuanzhu （ BL2 ）, sizhukong （ SJ23 ）,tongziliao （ GB1 ）etc. Another fifty-three cases （ 106 eyes ）were treated by topical artificial tears in the western medicine, and variation of the indexes in patients such as the quantity of tears , the tear break-up time （ BUT ） and the corneal fluorescein staining were observed before and after treatment. Resuhs ： The quantity of tears, the BUT and the corneal fluorescrein were significant difference in the acupuncture group after treatment （ P ~〈 0.001 ）. And in the western medicine group ,the corneal fluorescein staining and the BUT had statistical significance after treatment （ P〈0.001, P〈0.01 ）. There was significant difference in the BUT and the quantity of tears between the two grops, （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture points around eyes has good effect of prolong BUT and increase the quantity of tears in dry eye patients.
