解毒活血法对急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后MMP-7及P-选择素表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒活血中药对急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后MMP-7及P-选择素表达的影响。方法:将50例急性冠脉综合征PCI术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组25例予常规西药,治疗组25例在对照组治疗基础上加用解毒活血中药,检测治疗前后血清MMP-7及P-选择素水平。结果:治疗组MMP-7及P-选择素表达水平均较对照组显著降低,P<0.05;治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组,治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为72%,P<0.05。结论:解毒活血中药能明显降低急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后血清MMP-7及P-选择素表达水平,表明解毒活血中药能抑制PCI术后炎性反应,对于急性冠脉综合征的诊断、预后判断已显示出一定的价值。Objective ： To observe the effect of detoxication and activating blood circulation in Chinese medicine method on MMP-7 and p-selection in acute coronary syndrome patients after PCI. Methods ： 50 acute coronary syndrome patients after PCI were randomly divided into treatment group （ 25 patients ） and control group （ 25 patients ） .The treatment group was treated with general medicine and Chinese traditional medicine.The control group was treated with general medicine.Then measure the level of MMP-7 and p-selection. Results ： The level of the MMP-7 and p-selection of the treatment group were all have more lower than the control group, P〈0.05. The clinical efficacy in treatment group was better than that in control group, the total effective rates are 92% in treatment group,72% in control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion：The detoxication and activating blood circulation of Chinese traditional medicine can evidently reduce the level of MMP-7 and p-selection in acute coronary syndrome patients after PCI. Detoxieation and activating blood circulation of Chinese traditional medicine can inhibit inflammation after PCI, the value of it in the diagnosis and prognosis judgment of ACS has been found.
