摘　　要：[目的]探讨脑-颞肌贴敷术治疗烟雾病的围术期护理要点。[方法]对行脑-颞肌贴敷术治疗的12例烟雾病病人的临床资料、围术期护理过程及主要护理措施进行总结和分析。[结果]12例病人中,7例痊愈出院,4例好转出院,仅1例脑梗死术后情况改善不明显出院。出院后随访6个月～18个月,11例病人病情均较前缓解。[结论]做好术前护理,有助于手术的顺利开展和术后的康复。术后做好针对性护理,预防和及早发现并发症,可避免出现不可逆的神经功能损害,提高生存质量。Objective：To investigate the main points of perioperative nursing for patients with moyamoya disease treated with encephalon-temporal muscle sticking applyment technique.Methods：Clinical data,perioperative nursing process and main nursing measures of 12 patients with moyamoya disease treated with encephalon-temporal muscle sticking applyment technique were summarized and analyzed.Results：Among 12 cases,7 cases were healed and discharged,4 cases were improved.Only 1 case had complicated with cerebral infarction and discharged without improvement of symptoms after the treatment.All cases had been followed up after discharge for 6 to 18 months,11 patients were relieved.Conclusion：Good perioperative nursing is helpful for the smooth unfold of encephalon-temporal muscle sticking applyment technique and postoperative rehabilitation.Special postoperative nursing can help to prevent and to find complications in time.It could avoid the irreversible damage of nervous function and enhance the living quality of patients with moyamoya disease.
