摘　　要：本文主要校正《天水放马滩秦简》释文的若干疏失,同时对其中几个字词略作疏证。如甲本简23的"行有遗";简36的"刍稾";简72的"弗尼";乙本简65的"溉囷"等。This paper mainly focuses on correcting several annotation errors of the Tian Shui Fang Ma Tan Qin Jian（Qin Bamboo Strip Manuscripts from Fangmatan Site of Tianshui）,and makes a few notes on some specific words of the manuscripts,including＂行有遺＂recorded in the 23rd strip,＂刍稾＂recorded in the 36th strip,and＂弗尼＂recorded in the 72nd strip of the first edition,as well as＂溉囷＂recorded in the 65th strip of the second edition,etc.
