复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿硬肿症82例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿硬肿症的临床效果。方法将我科2007年3月至2010年9月收治的82例硬肿症患儿随机分为两组,40例对照组患儿采取常规治疗,42例治疗组患儿在对照组基础上加用复方丹参注射液治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿硬肿消退时间,体温恢复正常时间及住院时间均较对照组患儿短,两组差异显著(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论复方丹参注射液能显著改善硬肿症患儿症状和体征,且见效快,能显著缩短病程,治疗效果好,值得临床推广应用。Objective to observe the compound danshen injection in the treatment of neonatal hard swollen disease clinical effect. Methods my branch in March 2007 to 2010 September 82 cases hard swollen disease patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients with children take control routine therapy,42 cases in treatment group based on the children in the control group combined with compound danshen injection treatment,compare two sets of patients therapeutic effect. Results The treatment group children hard swollen subsidise time,temperature returned to normal time and the length of time the patients are relatively short group,two groups of significant difference（P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Compound danshen injection can markedly improve hard swollen disease patients the signs and symptoms,and quick effect can significantly shorten course,clinical treatment effect is good,is worth popularizing.
