机械通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察机械通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭中的应用价值。方法选取我院自2009年3月至2010年5月收治的126例COPD合并II型呼吸衰竭患者随机分为观察组(机械通气辅助治疗组)和对照组(常规治疗组)各63例,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组与对照组治疗前后RR、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC、呼吸困难指数及血气分析情况均有所改善,但观察组较对照组改善明显,具有统计学意义。结论机械通气可以显著改善COPD合并II型呼吸衰竭患者的呼吸困难指数及血气分析情况,且无创而简便,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the mechanical ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） with respiratory failure in the application. Methods In our hospital from March 2009 - May 2010 126 cases of COPD admitted with respiratory failure combined Ⅱ were randomly divided into two groups （mechanical ventilation secondary treatment group） and control group （conventional treatment group） of the 63 cases The clinical results were compared. Results The observation group and control group before and after treatment RR, FEVt%, FEVl/FVC,dyspnea index,and blood gas analysis were improved the situation,but the observation group than the control group improved significantly, with statistical significance. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation can significantly improve the combined Ⅱ COPD patients with respiratory failure and blood gas analysis dyspnea index case,and non- invasive and convenient,worthy of clinical use.
