摘  要:采用粉末冶金法研制了用于活塞式压缩机的铁基粉末冶金阀板,并测试和分析了阀板的组织、性能。结果表明:阀板经1120℃×1 h工艺烧结后,其组织分布均匀,表面硬度为81.17 HRB,孔隙较少,密度为7.01 g/cm-3;整形后阀板的长、宽、厚分别为:50.06 mm、42.03 mm、3.51 mm;烧结后阀板平面度≤0.17 mm、经整形后≤0.07 mm、磨削后≤0.05 mm。其几何尺寸和平面度均符合阀板零件设计要求;粉末冶金阀板与钢板冲裁相比,原料消耗小,生产成本低。The iron-based disc used in piston compressor were prepared by powder metallurgy,and its composition and properties was tested and analysed.The results show that after sintering at 1120 ℃ for 1 h,the discs exhibit homogeneous microstructure and low porosity,the surface hardness is up to 81.17 HRB,and the density is 7.01 g/cm-3;after mending the disc becomes 50.06 mm length,42.03 mm width and 3.51 mm thickness;after sintering the flatness of the disc is less than 0.17 mm,less than 0.07 mm after mending and less than 0.05 mm after grinding.The geometry dimensions and flatness fit the design requirements.Compared with the punching plates,the powder metallurgy discs have advantages of low-cost and low raw material consumption.
