摘  要:目的探讨应用Cable-pin系统治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的临床疗效。方法自2005年10月至2009年12月,应用Cable-pin系统治疗尺骨鹰嘴横型骨折27例、斜形骨折13例、骨块较大且相对完整的粉碎性骨折6例。观察术后骨折愈合情况及肘关节功能恢复情况。结果 46例骨折均获得满意愈合,无出现骨折移位、内固定松动或断裂,无出现钢缆或钉尾凸出于皮下刺激皮肤、切口感染等并发症。最终随访时,肘关节活动范围:伸0°,屈130°~145°。按照Weseley标准评定肘关节功能:优38例,良8例,优良率100%。结论 Cable-pin系统治疗尺骨鹰嘴横行、斜行、简单粉碎骨折固定牢固、操作简便、手术损伤小、并发症少,符合生物力学内固定的原则,有利于术后早期功能锻炼,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Cable-pin system in treatment of olecranon fracture. Methods 46 cases of olecranon fracture were treated with Cable-pin system from October 2005 to December 2009 in our department. The healing of the fracture and recovery of the elbow function were investigated. Results All the patients were followed up and obtained satisfactory healing. No displacement of the fractures, loosening, breakage of the internal fixation, or other complications such as skin irritation and infection occurred. At the last follow-up, the elbow ROM ( range of motion, ROM) was between 0° to 130° - 145° Restoration of the elbow joint function was excellent in 38 cases and good in eight cases according to Weseley rating system. Conclusions The Cable-pin system for fractures of olecranon comforms to the principle of biomechanics internal fixtion, which is reliable fixation, simple, effective, less invasive and fewer complications and benelicial to early exercise. It is worthy of promoting.
