摘 要:目的尝试一种基于体表定位的二维图像配准方法,逐一实现PT、MR和CT异机图像之间的精确融合。方法输入PT/CT/MR原始数据后采用数字化格式转换,设计"9点3面"立体定位法进行配准,在实时工作站Mimics按照信息交互自动融合模式并通过讯号叠加技术施行图像融合。结果以患者的头、胸、膝为实例交叉试验【CT+MR】、【PT+MR】、【PT+CT】和【PT+CT+MR】二维图的异机融合,生成了分辨软硬组织病灶性质和位置的半清晰互补影像。结论因而可能提高包括骨瘤在内的肿瘤疾病的诊疗效果,虽然异机融合工序目前尚未完全成熟,但这一实验起码为医学成像厂家进一步研制【PT+CT+MR】同机融合设备提供经验借鉴。Objective To attempt a localization registration approach of 2-dimension-image (2D) based on somatotopic localization to accomplish accurate fusion from Cross Modality of PT, CT and MR images one by one. Methods Digital format was converted from original data of PT/CT/MRI input, cubic localization scheme of '*'9-point & 3-plane" was designed for registration, and implement image fusion at real-time workstation Mimics based on auto-fusing style of information was exchanged by signal overlaid technique. Results Cross modality from 2D images of [ CT + MR], [ PT + MR], [ PT + CT] and [ PT + CT + MR] of patients' cranium, chest and knee were mutually practiced. Half-clear complementary images of distinguishing nature and location of lesions between soft and hard tissue were created. Conclusions Thus the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment for neoplastic disease including bone tumors may probably be improved. Although the Cross Modality processing is not completely through, this experiment will at least provide experience on invention across 3-module [ PT + CT + MR ] of Single Modality equipment for medical imaging enterprise in development.
