摘　　要：日益加剧的流动性过剩凸显出一系列的负面作用，它带来房价的持续上涨以及通货膨胀的巨大压力，成为宏观经济中迫切需要解决的问题。本文就收缩流动性的必要性及对策进行分析探讨。Increasing of Excess liquidity will cause a series of the negative effects. It brings the continuing rise in house prices and huge inflationary pressures. It is the urgent need to solve problem in macroecono my. In this paper,we discuss the necessity of contraction liquidity and countermeasures.
