摘　　要：本文通过对《鄱阳湖生态经济区规划》地方立法对接的现状分析,运用区域经济立法理论,结合我国区域发展规划中若干成功的立法实践,认为在立法模式选择上应贯彻《规划》精神,系统考虑,大胆创新,先行先试,及时形成一部综合指导性强兼具地方特色的促进法。As ruling the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone by law is the fundamental significance of the project, the project legalization is essential. Therefore, based on the present situations of the local legislations for the Project of Poyang Lake, the regional economic legislative theory and successful legislative practices, this paper believes that the legislative modes should be chosen with a systematic consideration as to build a promotion law featured by integrated instructions and local characteristics.
