多西他赛注射液配制方法的改进

摘　　要：目的减少配制多西他赛注射液产生的泡沫及吸净后瓶内残余药量。方法传统法将多西他赛注射液从冰箱取出,带包装盒横向(瓶身与操作台平行)放置于操作台,再注入对应溶剂,放置5 min待药液溶解后抽取药液;改进法将多西他赛注射液从冰箱取出后直立放置5 min,沿瓶壁缓慢注入对应溶剂,待药液完全溶解再向瓶内注入0.9%氯化钠溶液1 ml,放置5 min后抽取药液。结果改进法药液溶解后瓶内泡沫高度及吸净药液后瓶内残余药量显著少于传统法(均P<0.01)。结论直立放置多西他赛,将溶剂顺瓶壁缓慢注入,溶解后加入0.9%氯化钠溶液1 ml,可以使多西他赛溶解更彻底,降低药液黏稠度,减少残余药量。Objective To reduce foams produced in docetaxel preparation and residual injection fluid in the vial.Methods As the traditional methods required,we placed docetaxel vials horizontally on surface of the operating table after they were taken out from refrigerator,and then we diluted docetaxel with corresponding solvent and placed for 5 minutes to dissolve the medication.To improve the procedure of docetaxel preparation,we kept taken docetaxel vial upright for 5 minutes,then slowly injected solvent along the vial wall;after docetaxel was completely dissolved,we injected 1 ml 0.9% normal saline,and placed for 5 minutes.And then we drew the medication out of the vial.Results The foam height after docetaxel was dissolved and the residual dose in vials after aspiration of prepared solution were significantly reduced by using the improvement method（P0.01 for both）.Conclusion Placing the docetaxel vial upright,injecting solvent slowly along the vial wall and adding 1 ml normal saline in preparation of docetaxel,can promote dissolving of docetaxel,decrease its viscosity and reduce residual injection fluid.
