加减清气化痰丸治疗痰热壅肺型慢支咳嗽的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减清气化痰丸治疗痰热壅肺型(慢性支气管炎急性发作期)咳嗽的临床效果。方法:将104例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组63例煎服加减清气化痰丸,每日一次,结合西药常规治疗;对照组41例单用西药常规治疗。两组同时用药1周。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.7%;对照组总有效率为80.5%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加减清气化痰丸对痰热壅肺型(慢性支气管炎急性发作期)咳嗽具有良好的治疗效果。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating cough of Tanre Yongfei type with Qingqi Huatan pill. Methods： 104 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 63 cases in treatment group were treated with Qingqi Huatan pill, once a day, combined with routine Western medicine treatment; 41 cases in control group treated solely with conventional western medicine. Treatment lasted one week in both groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment was 93.7%; The total effective rate of control group was 80.5%. Difference between the two groups has statistically significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating cough of Tanre Yongfei type with Qingqi Huatan pill has a good effect.
