不同比例交泰丸镇静催眠作用的药效学研究

摘　　要：观察交泰丸不同配伍比例(黄连:肉桂比例为10:1,5:1,1:1,1:5,1:10)的镇静催眠作用。结果发现,黄连用量十倍于肉桂的交泰丸,可明显抑制小鼠的自发活动,协同戊巴比妥钠的催眠作用,优于其它比例配伍的交泰丸。Observing the sedative and hypnotic effects through the different compatibility proportion （the ratio ofcoptis to cinnamon is 10 ： 1, 5 ： 1, 1 ： 1, 1 ： 5, 1 ： 10） of Jiaotai pill, it founds that the mice＇s spontaneous activity can be restricted obviously if the amount of the coptis is ten times as cinnamon which are used in the Jiaotai pill. Along with the hypnotic effect of sodium pentobarbital, it is superior than any other Jiaotai pill made in other proportions.
