手法配合臭氧-玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎56例分析

摘　　要：目的:观察手法配合臭氧(O3)、玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:对56例膝骨关节炎患者采用手法配合臭氧、玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,观察治疗前后患者疼痛、关节活动等变化。结果:治疗1个疗程后优36例,良18例,中2例,优良率为96.43%。结论:手法配合臭氧-玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射能有效减轻疼痛,改善关节活动,临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating knee osteoarthritis with skill plus injecting ozone, sodium hyalurohate into articular. Methods： 56 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated by skill plus injecting ozone, sodium hyaluronate into articular, observing the changes of pain in patients, joint activities before and after treatment. Result： after a course of treatment, 36 cases were excellent, 18 cases were good, 2 cases were moderate, excellent rate was 96.43%. Conclusion： Skill plus ozone-sodium hyaluronate injection can reduce the pain and impove joint activities, the clinical effects were significant.
