复元活血汤加味治疗单纯性胸胁挫伤119例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:复元活血汤加味对治疗单纯性胸胁挫伤疗效观察。方法:采用活血、行气、止痛的中药组方煎汁内服,药渣热敷患处,使受伤的胸胁瘀祛生新,调理气机。结果:本组119病例中,男性79例,女性37例,年龄由16岁～73岁,平均年龄51岁,临床治愈率为80.2%,好转率为19.8%,无效为0,平均治疗时间7天。结论:复元活血汤加味通过活血祛瘀,行气止痛,使气机流畅,气血平和,疼痛自平而达到治疗目的且疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating simple chest sprain with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction. Methods： Taking Huoxue, Xingqi and Zhitong decoction, then put the residues to lesion so that the wound of the chest could be recovered and the residues were helpful to recuperate the vitality. Results： Among 119 patients, 79 were male and 37 were female, from 16 to 73 years old （average of 51）. The cure rate was 80.2%, the improvement rate was 19.8%, and no effect rate was 0. The average of treatment time was 7 days. Conclusion： The modified Fuyuan Huoxue decoction could make the Qiji smooth and blood peaceful by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Since that, the pain will be relieved generally in a short time.
