针刺配合扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：针刺夹脊穴、环跳、踝三针和扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症90例,并与针刺配合牵引理疗等对照组90例对照观察,结果:观察组痊愈率61%,总有效率92%;对照组痊愈率40%,总有效率78%。提示针刺配合扳法治疗腰间盘突出症效果好。90 cases of treating lumbar disc herniation in acupuncture Jiaji point, loop jump, ankle 3 needle and pulling. 90 cases of control group that treated by traction therapy acupuncture. Compared the above two groups. Results： The cure rate of observation group was 61%, total rate was 92%, while the cure rate of control group was 40%, total rate was 78%. What means in the above was that acupuncture plus pulling treat lumbar disc herniation had good effect.
