摘　　要：在持续静脉滴注垂体后叶素治疗过程中引起低钠、低钾血症逐渐引起人们的重视,预防的关键在于加强病情观察及护理,定时查电解质,以尽早发现,及早处理。During the treatment period of continuous intravenous vasopressin infusion often leaded to hyponatremia and hypokalemia which more and more attracted people＇ attention, the key to prevent was strengthening the observation and nursing, regularly check the electrolyte early detection, early treatment.
