百合基因转化受体系统的建立

摘　　要：以百合叶片为外植体不经愈伤组织直接诱导并且发育成带球径的大苗进行了研究，结果表明：叶片分芽培养基为ＭＳ＋ＢＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＺＴ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ，生根培养基为１／２ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０．２～１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ，成球并且生长培养基为ＭＳ＋ＩＡＡ１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ，移栽成活率为１００％．The shootlet was induced directly from leaves of lily without callus and developed plantlet withbulblet. The result is: the medium for differentiating shootlet is MS+BA0.5mg/L+ZT0.1mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L,for inducing root is 1/2MS+NAA0.2￣1.0mg/L, for growing and developing to bulblet is MS+IAA1.0mg/L, and survival rate of transplant is 100%. Thus the receptor system is built.
