摘  要:对Fe0-混凝法处理含硝基苯废水进行了研究。在由正交试验确定得最佳反应条件下,分析了Fe0-混凝法降解硝基苯的机理及动力学规律。结果表明,最佳反应条件是初始pH值为3.0,Fe0用量及震荡频率分别40.0 g/L和40 r/min。Fe0主要通过电极反应降解硝基苯,且降解过程符合拟一级反应动力学规律,向处理出水中滴加适量NaOH,可明显提高降解效率,降解过程仍符合拟一级反应动力学规律。The treatment of nitrobenzene wastewater with Fe0- coagulation was studied. The best reaction conditions were fixed by orthogonal experiment, then the mechanism of nitrobenzene wastewater treated with Fe0- coagulation was researched and the degradation kinetics was discussed. The results show that the optimum pH, Fe0 addition, oscillation frequency are found to be 3.0, 40.0 g/L and 40 r/min, respectively. Nitrobenzene is degraded primarily by electrode reaction, and the degradation process accords with the pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics. Degradation efficiency can significantly increase when dropping defined amount of NaOH into effluent, and. the degradation process also accords with the pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics.
