摘 要:目的观察中药石斛对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法用去卵巢的方法建立绝经后骨质疏松症大鼠模型,给以低、高两种剂量的中药石斛8周,观察石斛对骨质疏松大鼠骨密度,股骨头的组织病理学以及血清中磷、钙、总碱性磷酸酶、总蛋白等骨代谢生化指标的影响。结果中药石斛可以提高卵巢切除大鼠的骨密度,改善骨质疏松程度,但对生化指标影响不显著。结论中药石斛可有效抑制卵巢切除大鼠的骨量丢失,防止骨质疏松的发生。Objective To observe the effect of the Chinese herbal drug Dendrobium Lindl.on osteoporosis in rats after ovariectomy.Methods A model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was established through ovariectomy in female rats,and then treated with Chinese herbal drug Dendrobium Lindl.for 8 weeks at different dosages(low and high).Bone mineral density(BMD),indexes of bone histopathology and bone metabolism associated biochemical markers were measured.Results Dendrobium Lindl.increased BMD and improved osteoporosis in rats after ovariectomy,but had no obvious effect on biochemical markers.Conclusion This Chinese herbal drug can increase BMD and improve indexes of bone histopathology in ovariectomized osteoporotic rats.It is effective in preventing bone loss induced by ovariectomy.
