高效液相色谱法测定双丹胶囊中丹皮酚的含量

摘　　要：目的建立双丹胶囊中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:SinoChrom ODS-BPC18柱,流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液(60∶40),流速:1.0 ml/min,柱温:25℃,检测波长:274 nm。结果丹皮酚在20～100μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.22%。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,适用于双丹胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determining the content of paeonol in Shuangdan Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography method.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was performed on SinoChrom ODS-BP C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol： 1% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution（60∶40）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the temperature of the column was 25℃,and the wavelength of detection was 274 nm.Results The linear relationship was good for paeonol within the range of 20-100 μg/ml（r=0.9996）.The average recovery was 99.8% and the RSD was 0.22%（n=6）.Conclusion High performance liquid chromatography method is simple and accurate for controlling the quality of Shuangdan Capsules.
