改良益气化痰组方主要药理作用研究

摘　　要：①目的探讨改良益气化痰方主要药理作用。②方法对实验小鼠进行耐高温、抗低张缺氧实验观察。采用氨水熏致小鼠咳嗽的方法,观察其镇咳作用。采用小鼠尾静脉注入伊文氏蓝,观察药物对组织渗透力的影响。③结果对小鼠耐高温时间的影响由高到低分别是高剂量组>中剂量组>低剂量组>对照组,具备剂量依赖性(P<0.01),有明显统计学意义;与对照组比较,高剂量组抗低张缺氧时间明显延长(P<0.05),有统计学意义;但中、低剂量组与对照组比较(P>0.05),无统计学意义;该方能延长因氨水刺激导致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期,并减少小鼠咳嗽次数(P<0.05);高剂量组明显提高组织渗透力,增加痰液排除的功效(P<0.05)。④结论改良益气化痰方具有镇咳、祛痰作用的同时,还具有抗疲劳、抗缺氧能力、增强机体抵抗力和提高应激反应的能力,因此适用于慢性呼吸道炎症的治疗。Objective To explore the pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine supplement the center and dissolve phlegm prescription.Methods Observe the temperature of the experimental mice and the tolerance of low oxygen experiment;observed the mice and the viability of the role of fatigue.Coughing induced by ammonia method,to observe the antitussive effect in mice.Mouse tail vein injected Evans Blue,to observe its effect on mice phlegm.Results Under the high temperature,hypo-oxygen and other emergency,supplement the center and dissolve phlegm prescription has effect on tolerance,and prolong the survival time of the mice at high temperatures（high dose group middle dose group low dose groupcontrol group,P0.01）,and under hypoxia（middle and high dose groups,P0.05）.It due to ammonia in mice can only prolong the incubation period of cough and cough reduce the number of mice（P0.05）.The recipe on capillary permeability in mice was increased（P0.05）,indicating that side supplement the center and dissolve phlegm has good effect.Conclusion Supplement the center and dissolve phlegm prescription not only has pharmacology actions of anti-cough and reducing sputum,but also has the obvious antifatigue,enhance the role of body resistance,it adapted the occupy of sloe infection.
