摘　　要：目的 综合评价阿托伐他汀（10mg/d）治疗2型糖尿病的效果与常规疗法治疗的差别.方法 在万方、CNKI、维普数据库中检索2000-2010年发表的中文相关文献,主要入选标准包括：①随机对照试验（RCT）;②试验组阿托伐他汀（10mg/d）,对照组采用常规疗法治疗;③疗程为3~12周;④评价指标包括LDL-C、HDL.按Meta分析的要求整理、核对数据,建立数据库.分别对LDL-C、HDL2个指标运用Stata 10.0软件进行Meta分析.结果 入选9篇文献,包括693例患者,采用随机效应模型对患者用药前后水平进行比较,服用阿托伐他汀患者的研究指标与服用经常规治疗患者的差异具有统计学意义,可以使LDL-C浓度较常规疗法多降低0.83mmol/L,95%置信区间为（0.29,1.36）mmol/L;使HDL浓度较常规疗法多升高0.53mmol/L,95%置信区间为（0.11,0.96）mmol/L;报道的不良反应发生率低且轻微.结论 短期使用阿托伐他汀（10mg/d）治疗2型糖尿病能够有效降低LDL-C浓度、升高HDL水平,且较之常规疗法有着更好的疗效与安全性,对于血脂较高的糖尿病患者而言是一种值得推荐的药物.Objective To make an overall evaluation of atorvastatin （10mg/d） in treating Type 2 diabetes, and to com- pare its effect with routine treatments. Methods With referring to literature from electronic database, full-text literature （2000 -2010） in Chinese was obtained, and the main inclusion criteria were as follows： （1） Randomized controlled trials （RCT） ; （2） The test group used atorvastatin , while the controlled group used routine treatments ; （3） The treatment course lasted from 3 weeks to 12 weeks; （4） The evaluation indexes included LDL-C, HDL. Stata 10.0 was used to do the Meta analysis. Results A total of 9 literatures were eligible （ n=693 ）. LDL-C concentration in patients treated by atorvastatin was 0.83mmol/L lower than the controlled group, and the 95% confidential interval was （0.29, 1.36） mmol/L; HDL concentration was 0.53mmol/L higher than the controlled group, and the 95% confidential interval was （0.11, 0.96） mmol/L . The adverse reaction rate was low. Conclusion Atorvastatin （10mg/d） can effectively decrease the level of LDL-C, and increase HDL with good safety, comparing to the routine treatments. Therefore, atorvastatin is recommended for diabetic patients with high serum lipid.
