摘  要:人体血液中痕量锂的测定,对某些疾病的控制和治疗或临床上的诊断都有一定的意义。一般分析方法测定锂的灵敏度不够高。对痕量锂的测定较困难。石墨炉原子吸收是一种有效的分析方法。有关石墨炉原子吸收测定锂以及基体干扰的研究,文献中报导不多。Ehrlich等指出1000倍的MgCl2和CaCl2会使锂的吸收信号分别降低30和50%。NH4NO3可消除它们的干扰。Trapp用KH2PO4和NH4NO3混合物作基体改进剂测定血清中锂。In this paper influences of chlorides and nitrates on absorption of lithium were studied in more detail. It showed experimently that the suppression effect of chlorides and the slight enhancement effect of nitrates on absorption of lithium were existed. The influence of chloride was probably arisen from formation of LiCl in atomization step. The interference effect of each chloride was estimated by reference to the absorbance obtained by the same amount of lithium standard. It was found that there were no interferences from 5000-fold amounts of chlorides by tungsten-coated graphite tube with NH_4NO_3 or(NH_4)_2HPO_4 as a matrix modifier. The satisfactory result for direct determination of lithium in blood by proposed method was obtained. The sensitivity of method (1% absorption) was 8.3×10^(-11)g.
