摘　　要：文章主要讨论用WIN’NT的权限转移定义用户、目录、命名工作站时，容易出现的原定义权限被转移的问题，与NOVELL网络OS作了比较，并提出了一些临时措施。The essay focuses on the case that WIN'NT will easily lead to the transfer out of the original definition when it use Authority Transfer to definite users, directory and the workstation named by computer, through the comparison between it and NOVELL OS, gives some guidance and tentative measure.
