摘 要:研究了使用三轴应力防塌实验优选钻井液配方的技术,探讨了制样方法及仪器各测量参数间的关系,用三种不同配方的钻井液分别对吐哈油田台参2井J3q和J2s地层的防塌特性进行了评价,其中最好的钾铵基聚磺钻井液经1362min三轴实验后岩样的轴向变化量仅为0.012mm,岩样的冲蚀率约10%,可有效防止胜北构造井壁垮塌.由于三轴实验的动态实验条件,这种方法优选的钻井液配方比热滚实验更符合钻井实践.但机械成型的人造岩心的内部结构仍无法完全模拟天然岩心,因而流速。In order to optimize drilling fluid formula by triaxial stress sloughing prevention test, sample making method and the relationship among instrument measuring parameters are discussed. The sloughing prevention property of J3q and J2s formation of Taican-2 well in Tuha Oil Field is evaluated by using three drilling fluids of different formula respectively. The results show that the best of them is Potassium ammonium solfonated polymer drilling fluid. In 1362 minutes after test, the axial deformation of core sample is only 0.012mm, and washout ratio of the core sample is about 10%. So the drilling fluid can effectively prevent wall sloughing of Shengbei structure. On account of dynamic experimental condition in triaxial test, this method of optimizing drilling fluid is superior to thermal roll recovery ratio test. But because man-made core sample can not completely simulate the internal structure of natural core, velocity of flow, confined pressure etc. may effect on the water sensitivity damage evaluation of core sample.
