调Q开关倍频Nd:YAG激光和超脉冲CO_2激光对早期脂溢性角化病的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨两种治疗方法对于早期脂溢性角化病的临床效果。方法将患者随机分为两组,分别用调Q开关Nd:YAG激光和超脉冲CO2激光治疗,对比观察治疗效果。结果调Q开关Nd:YAG激光总有效率为96.12%,超脉冲CO2激光治疗组总有效率97.24%,没有统计学差异。术后两组色素沉着率分别为8.74%和25.35%;色素减退率分别为4.37%和7.38%;调Q开关Nd:YAG激光没有疤痕形成,超脉冲CO2激光疤痕形成率为4.15%;均有统计学差异。结论表明调Q开关Nd:YAG激光是一种理想的治疗手段。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of Q - switched Nd：YAG laser and ultrapulse CO2 laser in treatment of early seborrheic keratosi. Methods The patients with seborrheic kcratosis were treated with Q -switched Nd：YAG laser and uhrapulse CO2 laser respectively, and the therapeutic effect was compared. Results The total effective rate was 96. 12% in Q -switched Nd：YAG laser group and 97.20% in ultrapulse CO2 laser group, and there was no statistical significanee between two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. But there was significant difference in occurrence of pigmentation, depigmentation and scar formation between 2 groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Q - switched Nd：YAG laser is an effective treatment method for seborrheic keratosis.
