摘　　要：通过5个镀铬生产故障实例的分析,说明了电镀生产现场仪表、直流输电母排、阴极和阳极配置和阳极形状设计不当等是出现故障的原因,并排除了故障。指出了在镀铬生产线预防同类故障的相关技术措施和一些故障判别经验。By analyzing five practical examples of production troubles in chromium plating incorrect design,installation and operation of worksite meters,rectangular copper bus bar and graphite auxiliary electrode being the main causes of trubles occurrence were illustrated.And then the trubles were remored Technical measures and experiences for preventing these troubles were put forward.
