摘 要:分析了不饱和聚酯腻子主剂不稳定的原因。研究了促进剂、加速剂及阻聚剂等对不饱和聚酯腻子快干性与稳定性的影响,结果表明:促进剂对不饱和聚酯腻子快干性与稳定性影响显著,其质量分数为0.80%较适宜;阻聚剂对不饱和聚酯腻子稳定性影响显著,质量分数为0.8‰较适宜;腻子表干时间为30min、实干时间为81 min、60℃稳定性为10d。The instability reasons of air drying unsaturated polyester putty were analyzed.The influences of accelerator,promoter and polymerization inhibitor on the quick drying property and stability of air drying unsaturated polyester putty were determined.The results indicate that the quick drying property and stability of polyester putty stability is obviously affected by accelerator,the optimal content of accelerator is around 0.80%.The stability of polyester putty is also influenced by the addition of polymerization inhibitor,and the optimal content of polymerization inhibitor is about 0.8‰.The skin and real drying time of putty is separately 30 min and 81min,and the stable time is 10 days at 60℃.
