蒙药复方森登-4不同配伍对总黄酮和杨梅素提取量的影响

摘　　要：采用RP-HPLC法和紫外分光光度法测定森登-4复方不同配伍中总黄酮和杨梅素的含量,通过对结果进行统计分析,研究森登-4不同药味组合与总黄酮和杨梅素含量之间的关系.结果表明,全方组中总黄酮和杨梅素的提取量较高,而栀诃组中两者的提取量较低(P<0.05).森登-4不同药味配伍的总黄酮和杨梅素溶出具有显著性差异.Relationship between the extracting contents of total flavonoids and myricetin and different matches of compound senden-4 are studied,RP-HPLC and UV spectrophotometry are used to determine the contents of total flavonoids and myricetin.The statistical analysis results indicate that the total flavonoids and myricetin extracted from the total senden-4 compound are higher,and that of Zhi He group are lower（P 0.05）.The dissolutions of total flavonoids and myricetin in different matches of senden-4 compound are significantly different.
