经桡动脉途径冠状动脉介入治疗的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价经桡动脉途径冠状动脉内支架植入术的安全性和疗效,总结手术体会。方法:50例心绞痛患者在住院期间行冠状动脉介入治疗,并置入支架97枚,术后即刻血管造影评价,并观察住院及近期临床事件发生率。结果:50例病变相关血管血运重建后达TIM I-3血流,残余狭窄<10%,术后4例发生手臂肿胀,无桡动脉闭塞、出血、血肿、夹层等严重并发症,不适症状轻。结论:经桡动脉途径冠状动脉介入治疗安全可行,创伤小,并发症少,患者易于接受,值得推广。Objective：To evaluate the safety and efficacy of coronary artery steat placement through radial artery,and summarize operation experience.Methods：Intervention treatment was carried out in fifty angina pectoris patients,ninty-seven stents were implanted.Angiographyic assesment was immediately used after surgery.Clinical events were observed during hospitalization and recent times.Results：After blood vessels reconstruction,vessels blood circulation of fifty patients related achieved TIMI-3,remain narrow 10%.Arm swelling occurred in 4 cases,and no severe complication such as radial artery occlusion,bleeding,hematoma and band were observed.Unpleasant symptoms were slight.Conclusions：With safety and feasibility,lower incidence,low complication,coronary artery interventional therapy by radial artery is easily accepted by patient,and worthy promoting.
