摘　　要：目的调查湖南省14个地市农村药品监督和供应网络建设情况。方法选取16个相关指标,采用秩和比综合评价方法,评价湖南省"两网"建设总体水平。结果显示地区A、地区B、地区C建设效果为优,地区M、地区N归为差,其余地区归为良。结论通过评估促进和完善农村"两网"建设工作,为今后提高农村"两网"建设效能和科学决策提供参考依据。Objective Methods Results Conclusion Through investigating the construction of the Drug ＂Supervision and Supply＂ Nets in rural areas of 14 cities in Hunan Province in 2006,the effect of construction of ＂Tow Nets＂ was synthetically evaluated by Rank Sum Ratio Method with 16 correlated indexes.The result showed that,the effect of ＂Tow Nets of rural drug＂ was excellent in city A,B and C,while relatively bad in city M and N,the others were on medium level,which was to improved the efficacy and provided with a scientific basis of decision-making for construction of Rural Drug ＂Supervision and Supply＂.
