运动综合疗法治疗周围性面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨运动疗法治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法:将80例周围性面瘫患者按就诊顺序随机分为实验组41例和对照组39例,实验组采用运动疗法、针刺疗法、物理治疗、药物治疗;对照组采用针刺疗法、物理治疗、药物治疗。两组治疗前后均采用Portmann简易评分法评价疗效。结果:两组治疗后portmann评分明显高于治疗前评分(P<0.05);治疗后Portmann评分实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用运动综合疗法治疗周围性面瘫患者疗效显著。Objective： To explore the clinical effects of exercise therapy for treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods：80 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into the experimental group（41 cases） and the control group（39 cases） according to the sequence of seeing doctor.The experimental group adopted the exercise therapy,acupuncture,physical therapy and medication,while the control group adopted acupuncture therapy,physical therapy and medication.The curative effects before and after treatment in the two groups were evaluated by Portmann summary score.Results：The Portmann scores after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment in the two group（P0.05）.The Portmann scores after treatment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The exercise comprehensive therapy has significant effects in treating peripheral facial paralysis.
