摘 要:移相式SPW M 技术是将自然采样SPWM 技术与多重化结构相结合,在较低的开关频率下,可实现等效高频载波的效果。由于特大功率电力电子器件(例如GTO 等)开关频率上限较低,上述特点不仅使特大功率变流器采用SPW M 技术成为可能,并且使开关损耗小,输出谐波分量少,控制快速性好等。对该项技术进行了详细的理论推导,并给出了仿真结果,预计在大功率变流系统中有着广泛的应用前景。The technique of phase\|shifted sinusoidal pulse\|width modulation (SPWM) is the combination of multi\|converter modules with SPWM.With the technique,the same effect of harmonic elimination can be achieved at lower switching frequency,comparing with SPWM.Because of the upper frequency limitation of semiconductor devices (such as GTO),it is not only probaly to apply SPWM technique to very high power converter systems,but can also reduce the switching losses,cancel harmonics in the output,and have good performance of adjustment and control.This technique is discussed in detail in this paper,and the results are verified with simulation.This technique has wide prospect in very high power converter systems.
