摘 要:合成并用元素分析和红外光谱鉴定了一新的吡啶偶氮类试剂2-(5-硝基-2-吡啶偶氮)-4,5-二甲基苯酚(5-NO2-PADMP)。研究了该试剂与Co(Ⅱ)的显色反应,结果表明,在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲氨(CTMAB)存在下,5-NO2-PADMP与Co(Ⅱ)在pH8.5~9.5的硼酸-硼砂缓冲溶液中形成一种稳定的蓝绿色络合物,其最大吸收波长(λmax)为731 nm,对比度(△λ)为124 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε731=2.02×104L.mol-1.cm-1,钴浓度在0~2.0μg/mL内符合比尔定律。方法简便、快速,用于钴分子筛催化中钴的测定,结果满意。A new pyridine-azo reagent called 2-(5-nitro-2-pyridylazo)-4,5-dimethylphenol(5-NO2-PADMP) was synthesized and identified by elemental analysis and infrared spectrum.Its coloring reaction with cobalt (Ⅱ) was also systematically studied.The results showed that in the presence of cationc surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB),5-NO2-PADMP could react with cobalt (Ⅱ) to form stable blue-green complex in H3BO3-Na2B4O7 buffer solution at pH 8.5-9.5,which had maximum absorption peak at 731 nm.The contrast(△λ) was 124 nm,and the apparent molar absorbtivity was ε731=2.02×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer's law was obeyed for cobalt (Ⅱ) in the range of 0-2.0 μg/mL.The proposed method was simple,convenient and fast.It had been applied to the determination of cobalt in molecular sieve catalyst with satisfactory results.
