摘　　要：随着实验教学方法的改革和学生实践意识日益浓厚,高校专业动画设计实验室作为培养学生实践技能和进行科学研究的重要场所,承担着大量的辅助教学工作。针对如何对实验室进行有效的管理和维护,使之能高水平、高效率地为师生提供教学科研服务问题进行探讨。With the reform of experimental teaching methods and the growing of student awareness about practice.As an important site for culturing practical skills and scientific research,professional animation design laboratory bears a large amount of supplementary teaching.Pointed at effectively managing and maintaining the laboratory,this article discusses how to provide teaching and research service for students and teachers in a high level,efficient way.
