摘 要:通过对海西州部分地区土壤、牧草及流产绒山羊血清中铁、锰、钴、铜、锌和硒6种微量元素的检测与分析,结果表明,在土壤、牧草及流产绒山羊血清中的铁和锰含量偏高,分别为39678.93±13134.40μg/g和559.93±129.34μg/g;822.83±415.86μg/g和51.91±2.97μg/g以及39.03±0.41μg/mL和4.72±3.01μg/mL。硒的含量均偏低,分别为0.15±0.06μg/g、0.079±0.015μg/g、0.075±0.016μg/mL。钴、铜和锌的含量在正常范围内。Six trace minerals included iron,manganese,cobalt,copper,zinc and selenium in soil,grass and serum from down-producing goat with abortion from Western part of Qinghai province were detected and analyzed,The results showed that iron and manganese content in soil,grass and serum from down-producing goat with abortion were significantly higher,the average content were 39678.93±13134.40 μg/g,559.93±129.34μg/g;822.83±415.86 μg/g,51.91±2.97 μg/g and 39.03±0.41μg/mL,4.72±3.01μg/mL,respectively,but the selenium content was significantly lower,the average content were 0.15±0.06μg/g,0.079±0.015 μg/g and 0.075±0.016 μg/mL,respectively,and the cobalt,copper and zinc content were in the normal range.
