摘  要:研究了喷砂粗化、喷涂打底涂层、电拉毛三种表面预处理工艺下电弧喷涂4Cr13涂层的组织与性能。利用扫描电镜、能谱仪等手段对涂层组织和断口形貌进行分析,同时对涂层的显微硬度和结合强度进行了测试。结果表明:电弧喷涂4Cr13涂层组织呈现出典型的层状结构。不同的表面预处理工艺对涂层的结合强度影响显著,喷砂粗化并喷涂打底涂层能使4Cr13涂层获得最优的综合性能。Microstructure and properties of 4Cr13 arc spraying coatings were studied.The coatings were prepared by three surface pretreatment processes such as sandblasting,spraying base coating and electrospark roughening.Microstructure and fracture morphology of coatings were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS),microhardness and bonding strength were also tested.The results show that 4Cr13 coatings display the typical layer structure.Different surface pretreatment processes have significant effect on bonding strength of the coatings.Spraying base coating after sandblasting can make 4Cr13 coatings have the best comprehensive performance.
