摘  要:根据某职业学校使用BX1-200-3型弧焊变压器对学生进行焊接实际操作培训时焊机接连出现损坏的现象,对该弧焊变压器的电气组成和原理进行了分析说明,指出了该弧焊变压器在电路结构和控制方法上存在的隐患及造成焊机损坏的原因,即两公共电源接线端子所接电源种类必须与焊机转换开关的档位保持严格对应关系,否则实际操作时稍有差错,即会造成风扇电机因过压而击穿或因欠压而烧毁,进而短时间内引起弧焊变压器线圈冒烟起火,焊机彻底损坏。对焊机生产厂家改进该种弧焊电源电气结构和控制方法具有一定的参考作用,对至今仍在使用该种型号弧焊变压器的用户具有一定的参考价值。According to the phenomenon of continuous damage of BX1-200-3-type arc welding transformers when students of a vocational school in Beijing taking hands-on training courses,the paper describes the electrical component and the principles of the welding transformer,pointing out that there are risks about the arc transformer in the circuit structure and control methods.That is,the switch behind the welding transformers should maintain strict correspondence with the power type of the two public power terminals connected,otherwise once a slight mistake occurs in the actual operation,it will be very likely to lead to the situation that the fan motor breakdowns due to high voltage or burns due to low voltage,the arc welding transformer coil smokes and gets fired after a short time,and at last the welding machine is damaged completely.The paper can be used as a reference by the welding machine manufacturers to improve the electric structure and the control method of welding machine of this type,and can still be used as a reminder and emphasis for users who are now using this type of arc welding transformer.
