摘　　要：目的调查武警官兵白大衣高血压(white coat hypertension,WCH)患者行为和个性特征,探讨应对方式。方法对2009年武警官兵春季体检中检出的31例WCH患者,进行A型行为问卷和艾森克个性问卷评估,并与同一人群中38例同龄、同性别持续性高血压患者以及55例同龄、同性别体检健康者测试结果比较。结果 A型行为问卷测试比较中,WCH组的TH、CH分量表得分以及TH和CH之和均明显高于持续性高血压组及对照组(P<0.05)。艾森克个性问卷比较中,WCH组E分值明显低于持续性高血压组及对照组,同时L分值均明显高于后两者(P<0.05)。结论武警部队官兵WCH患者具有明显的A型行为倾向,同时还存在内向人格倾向及人格不稳定性等个性特点。Objective To investigate the armed police＇s behavior,personality and ways to cope with white coat hypertension （WCH）. Methods 31 patients were recruited from physical examinees in the spring of 2009 as samples , who were compared with 38 patients with essential hypertension and 55 normal subjects of the same age and gender. Results In type A behavior test, the scores of TH and CH in WCH group were significantly higher than in patients with essential hypertension and in the normal group （ P 〈 0.05）. In EPQ comparison, E dimension score was lower and L dimension score was significantly higher than in other groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Officers and soldiers with WCH in Chinese People＇s Armed Police Forces have obvious Type A behavior, introversion and instable personality.
