摘 要:TRIZ作为一种创新方法拥有一系列的问题解决工具。但是,在生产过程中何时应该对产品采取创新设计,以及如何满足客户需求方面,TRIZ的工具有其局限。而6σ管理流程和QFD技术正好可以弥补TRIZ在这些方面的不足之处。本文首先分析了6σ/QFD/TRIZ集成的理论依据;接着对三种方法在产品创新过程中各自的优劣势进行比较分析;从系统的视角出发,构建了基于6σ、QFD与TRIZ集成的产品创新设计方法总体框架及流程,主要包括基于6σ的创新流程控制过程、基于QFD的参数分析过程以及基于TRIZ的问题解决过程。并以手机Flip部件的产品创新设计为例,从这三个过程分别进行了验证性的释义。As an innovative method TRIZ has a series of problem solving tools,but it has some limitations in terms of when to adopt innovative design,and how to meet customer demand in the process of production.TRIZ and 6σ management flow and QFD technology can make up for these limitations.This paper first analyzes the foundation and integrated framework of six Sigma,QFD and TRIZ,and then compares their respective advantages and disadvantages of these three methods in product innovation process.From the angle of the system view,we construct an overall frame and flow of the integrated product innovation method based on six sigma,QFD and TRIZ,which involves three processes: the control process in innovation flow based on six sigma,the analysis process of parameters based on QFD and the problem solving process based on TRIZ.Finally flip phone components are taken for an example to illuminate these three processes of the integrated innovative method.
