摘　　要：针对核电产业的特点,应用ISM方法建立系统结构模型,对影响中国核电产业自主化发展的主要因素进行分析,探讨中国核电产业自主化发展必须解决的关键问题。This paper treats the independent development of nuclear power industry of China as a big complex system,which consists of interactive factors with specific functions.According to Porter＇s theory of international competitiveness of industry and the characteristics of nuclear power industry,a structural model based on ISM is build to systematically analyze the main factors influencing the independent development of nuclear power industry and explore key problems to be solved in the independent development of Chinese nuclear power industry.
