摘 要:目的:探讨不同运动形式对大鼠有氧氧化关键酶-异柠檬酸脱氢酶和酵解关键酶-磷酸果糖激酶-1的影响。方法:72只SD雄性大鼠采用Bedford TG标准的跑台运动方式建立对照组(C)、无氧(E1)和有氧(E2)运动3组模型;每组模型的大鼠随机分为3组:运动2周组、运动4周组和运动6周组。采用酶联法测定异柠檬酸脱氢酶(IDH),6-磷酸果糖激酶-1(PFK)的活性。结果:无氧组IDH和PFK的活性随运动时间的延长均逐步增加,有氧组IDH活性增加,PFK活性降低。IDH活性在运动4周组酶活性最高。结论:与有氧组相比,无氧运动更能有效提高糖酵解和有氧氧化代谢能力,可以作为一种有效方式来指导人们训练。Objective: To investigate the effect of different training methods on the activity of isocitrate dehydrogenase and phosphofructokinase-1 activities.Methods:Seventy-two Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group(C),anaerobic training group(E1) and aerobic training group(E2).The rats in each group training 2,4 or 6 weeks just as Bedford TG described.Isocitrate dehydrogenase(IDH) and phosphofructokinase-1(PFK) activities were determined.Results:Compared to C,E1 increased activity of IDH and PFK.E2 increased IDH activity,but decreased PFK activity.The activity of IDH in 4 weeks training group was higher than that in the others.Conclusion:Anaerobic training have better performance in enhancing the zymolysis and the oxidative oxidizing ability,so this training methods may serve as guidance for training program.
