摘　　要：简要介绍了采用NXP半导体晶体管BLF574设计VHF波段500W功放组件的方法，并运用相应的仿真软件来设计功率管的匹配电路。阐述了同轴阻抗变换线及宽带功放的设计方法，给出了固态功放组件的热设计及工程实现。The paper briefly introduces the method using NXP semiconductor transistor amplifier BLF574 to design a VHF-band 500W power amplifier module, and using simulating software to design matching circuit for power amplifier. Then, it presents design methods of coax transformer and wideband power amplifier module. Finally, the paper gives out the thermal design and engineering implementation of the power amplifier module.
